My Journey

I founded Sovhereign Inc and developed Care’s Method from my personal journey of healing. After enduring cycles of narcissistic abuse and escapism, I discovered restoration through Reiki and the Celtic healing traditions passed down through my ancestors. These practices reawakened my connection to the sacred energy of the Earth, the luminous spark within, and the ancient rhythms of nature. Today, I am a double certified reiki master who is in continuous study to better serve my clients.  I share this work to guide others toward resilience, inner light, and the magic of wholeness through rebalancing of the chakras. 

At Sovhereign Inc, our mission is to help individuals restore balance, energy, and wellbeing through Care’s Method — a unique integration of Reiki and Celtic healing. We awaken the body’s innate ability to heal, while inviting the gentle magic of ancestral wisdom, sacred elements, and universal energy to flow, guiding each person toward clarity, confidence, and harmony. 

We believe that true healing is both natural and mystical, arising when mind, body, and spirit are in alignment. Care’s Method combines the energy of Reiki with the mystical wisdom of Celtic traditions — drawing on breath, touch, sacred symbols, and ancestral guidance. Each session is an act of energetic alchemy, nurturing balance, empowerment, and a deep sense of connection to the Earth, the cosmos, and the self.
